And no job is too small.
Customer satisfaction is our main goal and we strive to achieve this with every customer on every job. Prior to beginning every project the customer is given a customer survey card that is to be filled out by them after the job is completed. We require the technician to turn these into our office with project invoices. Any less than satisfactory comments from a customer are followed up by the office as to the reason for the unsatisfactory comment. All work performed by Premiere Handyman is fully guaranteed.
At Premiere Handyman we charge by the hour. We have a first hour rate which is our minimum charge and then each additional hour is billed at an hourly rate broken in to fifteen minute increments that way our customers are not being charged for time that is not being used. We do not mark up the materials we purchase for the project. We are then reimbursed for the amount spent on those materials. However, we do charge the hourly rate as we shop for materials required for your project, but you are more than welcome to purchase the materials in advance of us beginning the project. When the project is completed you may pay the technician with either a check or credit card.
